Join me for a beautifully balanced heart opening practice! 

We will break down and look at some of our favorite heart opening postures including wheel, fish and shoulder stand.  We will enjoy a guided Kundalini breath practice to balance the heart chakra and wrap it all up with a discussion on nutrition for heart health over a light lunch. Topic: debunking heart healthy diet myths & exploring the top 25 foods for your cardiovascular system. 

Of course I’ll share my recipes!
